1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Bloknode, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
2. User accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
3. Content policy
All uploaded content must be original or properly licensed. You must not upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights, contains malware, or violates any applicable laws. Bloknode reserves the right to remove any content at any time.
4. Payments and refunds
Paid resources are processed through Stripe. All sales are final unless the file is found to be corrupted or misrepresented. Creators receive payouts subject to our payment terms.
5. Bloknode+
Bloknode+ is a monthly or annual subscription. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
6. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to use Bloknode to upload malicious files, spam, harass other users, scrape our platform, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
7. Termination
Bloknode reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms at our sole discretion.
8. Disclaimer
Bloknode is not affiliated with or endorsed by Mojang or Microsoft. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios.
9. Changes to terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Bloknode after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
